About me, your instructor...
Hi, I’m Dr. Rebecca Mount, a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting families through anxiety and emotional challenges.
I’m also a mum to three children, so I know firsthand how hard it can be to support a struggling teen while balancing everything else in life. That’s why I’m passionate about making this journey simpler, more supportive, and less overwhelming for parents like you.
I created The Anxious Teen Collective—a space where parents can find practical tools, emotional support, and a clear path forward in helping their teens navigate anxiety. This training is the first step toward that support—and I’d love for you to join me.
